I have a 2500XP+ and a DFI mobo, I want to know what some of the stuff means, I dont understand some of the settings. I was looking in the CPU set up thing

the CPU clock setting is at 133mhz and I'm not sure what the multiplier is but its booting up as a 1900 right now...what do I do?

your CPU is supposed to run on a 166 MHz FSB (effectively 333 because it's double-pumped). Setting your CPU clock setting to 166 MHz should make your CPU show up correctly 🙂

yeah there we go, I dont know why it was INITIALLY a 2500 then when I went in to check, it changed the mhz to 133 o something...thx

It's the nature of the beast...it was obsolete BEFORE you bought it. You could start with optimized defaults and go (learn) from there.
