Everyone who is saying that Biden is a shoo-in for POTUS need to be reminded that this is exaclty the same thing that took place last election. I'm not going to say anything until this is all over, and it's a done deal. If Trump wins again I won't be suprised like many of us were 2016 election year. Trump keeps on defying the odds. He's like the teflon Don. Nothing seems to stick to this man. It's very remarkable IMO. USA Today's article on Biden vs. Trump.

If it wasn`t for the electoral college Trump would have never won back in 2016....

Only the hard cores are dug in at this point. Except for some idiots on the left, there's very little undecided.

Don't be so sure.. there's a lot of GOP voters who in red states take their vote for granted. Remember our turnout is never really more than 60%.

Heh. Every election is unique. Each has a different feel to it, and this isn't at all like the last time around. Not at all. Things have changed. Trump has just blown it irretrievably. Lost his mystique & his Mojo. He's been shedding voters from the start. "What do you have to lose?" has become "What else do you have to lose?" Nobody is staying home, either, other than maybe some former Trump voters. No contrived Bernie Bro backbiting. No buttery males. No crooked what's her name. No caravan of Mexican rapists craving white pussy. No healthcare plan. No Chinese trade deal. No infrastructure spending. No draining the swamp. No MAGA. No pandemic leadership. No dignity. No respect. No decency. No shame whatsoever. No plans for a second term other than more of the same bullshit.

swoosh.....Trump did not win the popular vote!!

I wasn't talking about that.. I'm talking about the fact that a lot of deep blue states and deep red states.. people stay home because they know their votes won't matter.

Let us hope that is not the case this time or this could be the last election of our time!!

Most recent polling in Texas has Biden at 46% Trump at 41% and 13% undecided.

To me that's a huge undecided segment. After all, you'd have to be living under a rock for years not to be totally familiar with both Biden and Trump.

I hope I'm wrong but I suspect a big chunk of those "undecided" people are Trump voters but are embarrassed to say so publically.

So what? All indications so far is that Trump is losing badly where it counts, in the swing states & trending blue states. He's losing Seniors everywhere. Poor gaslit bastards all across America will learn some very had lessons from the pandemic between now & the election because of his utterly insane response to the whole thing. That applies to GOP governors who fell in line behind him, as well. Crazy as fuck.

Yeah I concur. I'm not feeling too confident about any poll within 4. I remember polls showing Obama up by 11 in FL and he won by a hair both times.

I hope so.. I really hope so.

But I will never underestimate the people who are nice to your face and then say all kinds of shit behind your back and vote Trump.

More likely former Trump voters who aren't so sure anymore...

As has been pointed out repeatedly, a metric buttload of people who would probably vote democrat choose instead to regularly not vote.
Last election we supposedly had 66 voter turnout and that was actually a record.

Donald wasnt supposed to win last time. he was supposed to lose horribly. He won.

He was down by about three. 538 even did an article like a week or two before the election saying he was only down a normal polling error and said Clinton probably was ahead but it was by about a coin flip. After the coney letter it tightened pretty dramatically, and that was the real deal breaker that tilted it in the last week. It was complete bullshit too, because he came out with a letter saying they found new clinton emails (which still ended up being a nothing burger) but failed to.mentikn they already were doing a COUNTERESPIONAGE investigation on trumps campaign (which led to the mueller investigation).

Completely changed the dynamic

Yeah those damned laws from 225 years ago right?

It's just the truth. Any rational politician who won the way Trump did would govern to the center as a matter of common decency & respect, mindful of their minority status. Not Trump & the GOP. They're all about napalm politics & a radical right agenda.

So because your side didn't win, the system we've had in place for a couple hundred years in unfair?

Go on tell me more.
