i don't know how to get video out on my video card =/

i have a geforce 4 ti4800 ultra... i belive its gainward.... anywayz it came with cords and it said it has tv, vcr, camorder, in and out... im not sure how to get it to work? i installed the drivers from nvidia.. i tried installing the drivers from the cds they gave me, but i don't understand how to work it at all... can someone tell me how to use it? or direct me where to figure it out?
