I dont have the manual for my sony RM-Y180 remote. anyone have one or know where to get online?

I need to program my remote for my tv and sat but I dont have the manual. Does anyone around here have the same remote with the manual or direct me to a site with the codes? I googled it but didnt find one.

Either this remote is useless and wont work with my dish network receiver or they just dont have the codes available anywhere. Im not really worried about getting my tv programmed into the remote (its a sanyo), but it should at least support my sattelite receiver lol. Thanks for the help though man.

Dish network wants you to use their pos remote. I have a Sony big screen, and contacted Sony about that, well dish network doesn't have a code to work with my remote. When I needed a remote from dish network they wanted 50$, and you have to point it right at the tv for it to work, it sucks!
