Anyone read their RIAA Poll/Article thingy? You can read it here

Stop me if I am wrong, but if I buy a music CD and rip it to Mp3, that is perfectly legal. OC.com states that it is illegal under the DMCA. They also state that Kazaa use is down 20%. Their information must be out of date, Kazaa use dropped around 15%, then went back up to normal levels.

Read it again. Its in one of OC.com's comments on what people would do if they were sued by the RIAA.
