UCR:

Very difficult entrance level, 86% of applicants were admitted

Northern Michigan (where I went and just about any slacker can get in 😛):

Minimally difficult entrance level, 86% of applicants were admitted

😕?????😕

Univ. of Louisville:

Moderately difficult entrance level, 77% of applicants were admitted

But they don't show breakdown by schools within UofL. Speed Scientific School is more restrictive.

San Jose State University
San Jose, California

Moderately difficult entrance level, 72% of applicants were admitted

Wow, would have figured that would be MUCH higher. I thought anyone could get in there.

Holy cow, Harvard accepts 11%. Damn stuck-up, snotty SOB's. 😀

Getting in is hard, but after that it's probably easier than many other colleges. At Harvard, 90% graduate with honors. Imagine graduating from Harvard but not with honors, and you are automatically in the bottom 10% of your class.

McGill University - Very difficult entrance level, 55% of applicants were admitted
BTW, I never realized how small Ivy League colleges are (as far as undergrads are concerned). I thought that McGill was an average-sized university at ~21K students but it's friggin huge compared to a lot of the Ivy League schools.

21K students is huge for most private universities in the US!
