If you are really concerned about this, mention it next time you go to the doctor if things have not improved. There may be something going on (brain chemistry / hormones / whatever... I'm not a doctor) that could be helped.

Possible reasons:
1. Medication
2. Recent bad experience(s) - not necessarily sexual
3. If it's been a few days, don't worry. If it's been a few months, maybe it's time to start worrying.
4. Too much overstimulation - stop looking at porn for awhile
