if you can find them. Progress isnt used very much in the US. the only reason we have it is because the IT Director we had 6 years ago hated Microsoft.

Sorry that you hate your job,

Get a job that is less stressful?
If you really smoke,switch to Coffee,and ice tea,let the bod detoxify for a couple weeks,
and do some outside activities,maybe jog,ride a bicycle,etc.

Take a day off work,look for another job.?
