Due to your special circumstances, we agreed to make the exception and send you a replacement before receiving the defective product.
Unfortunately, we must admit and apologize, the replacement was delayed due to an internal error, which we are currently addressing within. However, your new replacement has already shipped, via UPS Next Day service, prior to receiving the defective item sent USPS.
In addition, recording phone conversations, without the consent of all parties, is probably against the law, unless you have a court order of some sort. Regardless, we understand why you went at great lengths, while attempting to achieve some type of satisfaction.
We'd really like to know which of our representative(s) called you a "liar." This type action or service is not tolerated. We'll be responding to your PM, and hopefully we can gather more information from you and investigate deeper.
