what is that supposed to mean? and what shipping did you choose? also, where do you live? all these things affect the shipping speed.

You get what you pay for. If you want your item to arrive in a timely fashion use something different than FedEx Super Saver.

I have no problems. If I order in the morning, all my orders ship that day. But then again, I usually only order 1 or 2 items at a time, and not every component to build a PC.

OP, care to give an example? You simply state that you dislike them, and refer to their shipping, but don't tell us what you don't like about it.

Personally, I always get my stuff in 3-4 days (depends on when I order). Compare that to CompUSSR, who recently got a small order shipped a mere 4 days after the order was placed. Yeah, it took them 4 days just to get it fedex'd out to me!! Worse than that was that the store that shipped it was just 2 hours from here (that's my closest one), and it only took fedex a day to get it to me. So that's 4 days to ship it, and another day in shipping, when they could have shipped it in a day's time, and I could have gotten it in 2 days after ordering.

Makes newegg seem absolutely fantastic!!

newegg used to be a lot faster i agree, and they used to be THE cheapest place around...lately however I've found better deals and just as fast shipping from ZZF and other online etailers. The thing is, everyone realized people liked what newegg did - so people copied them. newegg didnt do anything else to innovate, and even started charging more shipping on top of things, so, they've lost my business because i can save some cash buying elsewhere.

I haven't experienced this, but if this is not uncommon its probably because they have grown so fast I'll bet they are struggling to keep up. They don't rest tho, and I suspect they will do what has to be done to rectify the issue and deliver top quality shipping expediency again.

How do I get the free Newegg pens and t-shirts?

I still like them anymore.

For the last time people.
Newegg did not SWITCH to anybody. They have the same shipping options they always did.

There is a drop down menu on the order page and you can choose 3 methods each for UPS or FedEx.

YOU CAN CHOOSE!

You get it delivered how you want. If you want UPS then use it. If you dont like them you have another choice.
As far as UPS being cheaper, well, thats because they suck, yes.
You want quality shipping, pay a little more for the good company.
Right now FedEx is better all around, and thats who I use. (Provided I get a choice, which I DO at Newegg.
