Funny, but not really true.

You also need the CEO of the bank in the background e-mailing a memo that says he doesn't give a shit about a downpayment, and telling the broker that he should encourage creative answers from the borrower.
 
Heh....I laughed. It may not be totally accurate, but from the outside this kind of thing wouldn't surprise us at all.
 
I laughed most at the end where the two people just tell each other "f*** you", because what else can they do, haha
 
I thought both cartoons were great. I'd just like to see a bit more added, from the numbers to something on the effects of the bailouts.

It's not a cartoon, but Jon Stewart summarized the AIG situation in last night's episode as well:
