I didnt have rubber grommets to use for my fan...

so i used kitchen wires and looped them through the holes. is that okay? it seems just as silent and vibration-free as the rubber grommets, just a lot uglier (they're red kitchen wires haha).
 
LOL. That works just fine--so long as it is able to support the fan... I bought five packs of the rubber screws for my new case, and I wasn't impressed with them at all. I will be using them for one fan, and that's all.
