I finally did it and unlocked my XP 1700 +. It only took me 4 hours. 🙁
Getting the superglue in to close off the laser locks was no problem.
I kept getting the conductive ink touching each other even though I taped off each connector
individually. It just kept running underneath it. Plus I am a bit of a perfectionist and I probably
started over even though I didn't have too. Once I got a technique down it went much faster, but
it took me 3 attempts to get it down.
For anyone doing it for the first time I would just say it makes it much easier if you make the mask as
small as possible, actually have the tape touch the edge of the circle. This way if anything does go
under the tape it still stays away from the others.
