Bloodsucking bastards!!!!!!!!! I wish I could kill everyone of them. They're sooooooooo sneaky too. You never know that they are there until you look down and see their theivin' ass on your arm or leg.

Reminds me of that Tobasco commercial where the guy is sitting in a chair outside in a swamp eating pizza. A mosquito comes buzzing around and he pays no attention. The mosquito then lands on the guy's leg and preceeds to suck. The dude puts a helping of that Tobasco sauce on the pizza and starts eating. The mosquito finishes his meal and then buzzes off. Two seconds later, the mosquito explodes in mid-air in flames.

MUAHAHAHA!!! Die mosquitoes, DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hahah one of my old friends told me once that his father had many expeirences with mosquitos and hated them greatly. He dealt with them so much that he developed a hightened awareness for them. He's like able to just wake up in the night and just slap one in midair, lol. Scary.

Winnipeg is the mosquito capital of the world in my books! But I heard that this year isn't so bad.

The worst is hearing one mosquito in your bedroom or tent at night while trying to sleep, turning on the night and it goes into silent stealth mode before you can locate and pulverize it. Turn the light off and BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!

Drives me maaaaaaaaaaaaaad. :Q

Did you catch the news today where they are trying to genetically engineer mosquitoes to NOT pass disease? Sounds scary if they overlook something.

Yes, Apoppin you're right on track - based on considerable research by the CDC and others, 'sketters cannot transmit HIV through their bites (they do not ingest enough of the virus per bite & the virus does not harbor protection from digestion in the mosquito's body.)
