Last week we sent out the following email to staff:
today we got this:The electronic pay stubs have been rolled out in a test "type" mode. There are some computers that may need MS "Virtual Machine" installed. It will prompt you to load "Virtual Machine". This will require an IS Technician to come and install this software on your system in order to view pay stubs.
we got a kick out of it.i was wondering if you can tell if i have anti virus program on my computer because ever time i try to download something from the internet (against company policy) like a screensaver (webshots is blocked in the firewall) or a cursor i can't. i was wondering because i know that we are going to have to start seeing our pay check stubs online now and if we don't have the anti virus program on our computer we will not be able to view them. if i don't have it i will need to have it installed on my computer.thanks. if any questions be call me at ext. xxxx
