Actually it was the crust that did the cutting. I'm such a moron.
unless the pizza has blades in it, how will you proove it was the pizza?
If there's no warning on the box regarding possible mouth lacerations, sue them blind.
did it burn you too?
sue sue sue!
It was pizza from Barnaby's. If you haven't heard of them, it's probably because they're only in the Chicago area (I think).
When I was a teenager this lady came into our Little Ceasers claiming she found a razor blade in her pizza. She was flipping out, saying she'd own Little Ceasers. The manager offered her three coupons for free pizza and she shut up and left.
People are stupid. So yes OP, you should file suit, with a vengance!
sue sue sue!
well, i ate pizza last night and the crust cut the roof of my mouth...only a small cut though.
here's the deal. next time when you buy the pizza, as soon as you get it out the store, take off your pants, sit in your car, flip the pizza out of the box onto your lap cheese first. yes and just sit there until your legs are numb.
THEN sue, you will probably win.
But sir, pizza is supposed to be hot.....
[Kramer].......not that hot[/Kramer]
Havent heard of them before. Im in the chicago area also (i think)
I'd figure a person with that much eating experience couldn't make such a simple mistake.
i'm sure that's what mcdonalds said about their coffee. but but but coffee is SUPPOSED to be hot.
Yes, please do
So it's possible that you live nowhere near Chicago?
hopefully you are being sarcastic, if not, forget it, thats no reason to sue, thats whats wrong with america today, we have sued for nothing and driven all our insurance rates skyhigh! if you dont think your insurance is affected by this kind of thing, think again!
So I was watching pron last night and now I have a heat blister from gettin too excited --- do you think I should sue!?!?
i cut the back of my tongue with a cheerio.
Sue the video store that rented the movie, the film makers etc....Those videos should have warnings on them!
Why didn't she sue? Big money!
I like their pizza too much to sue them. But this will probably happen again because the crust on their pizza is very hard and has jagged edges.
I recommend that you just go and beat yourself silly for biting on something so hard. Do you not have any nerves?
Actually, I've done that before as well, more often with pizza I make myself because the crust tends to end up hard and crispy. It sorta sucks... sue them just so you can draw attention to yourself! =D
