Get another crane to pick up that crane, just make sure to put the outriggers up.

doesn't look too bad. No obvious structural damage...right it and go back to work...

I made a LOT of money in my youth running little junk cherry-pickers like that...good rigs as long as you follow the rules...

( try running one all day, the work is never right in front of you and you crane your neck/back out of shape to see what you are doing).

Yeah, fucking neck-breakers...I ran them before juice rigs came with rotating cabs...they can be real workhorses with the right operator in the seat.
