I prefer my grits nice and hot, then melt some butter (real butter, not margarine) on them. Then I like some eggs over easy and some crisp bacon. Cut up the eggs and the bacon and stir the whole mess together. Damn that sounds good. Too bad I already made french toast for breakfast.
