rachael ray's inside-out bacon/cheddar cheeseburgers are damn good :awe: served them on portugese rolls with tomatoes, extra bacon, and bbq sauce, along with homemade fries and a strawberry rhubarb pie.

I think it was an adequate late Father's Day gift :thumbsup:

Good work. I like her recipes, generally. My wife used one of her chocolate cupcake recipes and they were incredibly good. Not too sweet, chocolate flavor is center stage, and excellent texture.

yup! I skipped the mayo though, cause my dad hates onions, and didn't use any worcestershire sauce (my parents had a bottle of it inside their fridge that expired in 1999 D

nah, just a run of the mill cast iron pan.

I only drained about half the bacon fat out of it before throwing the burgers in, though.
