I'm a computer science undergrad and just got done with my first quarter at university. I've been working on a pet project over winter break, basically a side-scrolling Star Trek game. I tried to pitch it to the virtual currency crowd over on Reddit but didn't really get much of a response, so I guess it would be better if I posted it someplace a bit more relevant. The game has a score ladder, so you can view and upload scores to a server.
It's a .jar file and you need JRE 1.7 installed to run it.

I'm gonna go to bed, it's pretty late. If you guys want to see the source I can post it in the morning. Also, does anyone know of a better file host? It seems GameFront forces you to go through some silly survey for the damn download link.
One, the link to your game file was edited so that the displayed url was different from the actual link; two, the link is to a .zip file; three, you posted a link to the Virus Total page, presumably to encourage people to scan your .zip.
If you want to post this here then you'll need to include source or make it relevant in some other way. Otherwise try posting it in PC Games, although note that we don't allow posts made solely for the purpose of self-promotion. Also, post a link to a page describing the file, and containing a link to the file, rather than linking directly to the .zip. Lastly, don't post links to virus scanning services. The members here already know about all the good ones, and we don't allow direct links to files that have to be virus checked.
