That's weird. I had an ex-boyfriend way back in the day that loved driving around stoned. He always got pulled over for it. One time he was pulled over for doing 5 mph down a main road in town where the speed limit was 45 mph. He said he thought he was going just a little bit under the speed limit and was trying to 'be careful' since he was high and didn't want to get pulled over.Originally posted by: preslove
