I caught Wonder Years last night

It was the episode where Kevin's grandpa got into a car accident and they had to pick him up from the police station. His grandpa looks exactly like Dick Cheney. Oh yeah, and I never realized how horrible the acting was on that show.

Yeah, me too. I thought it was the greatest thing. After seeing it 15-20 years later... I'm wondering if the whole series was like last nights.

but that was from a spin off of The Wonder Years, I think... Boy Meets World

I used to love Quantum Leap. I tried to watch season 1 a couple years ago. WHEW! Utterly craptastic.

Same here... I loved that show when I was a kid, but the acting is terrible. But they're child actors... kids suck at acting. Still a good show.

Heck I grew up watching the original Star Trek and Lost in Space and they were serious sci-fi, watching one of those on TVland these days is like watching a comedy spoof. It only gets worse as more time goes bye

I never realized it because I never watched it. Perhaps that's the reason why Fred Savage never really amounted to much of anything as an actor in Hollywood.
