I can't uninstal Bitdefender

hi. when i try to uninstall bitdefender total security 2016 at windows' progams and features, i can't do that. i right click the program's name on the list,then click uninstall but nothing happens. PC doesn't respond that command. I can't deactive it from windows settings--->update&security tab either. What i have to do to uninstall it? should i delete some keys on regedit and then delete the program folder?
