This is driving me nuts. I'm trying to set my CPU core voltage on my MSI K7T Turbo, and I can't figure out what is right. If I set the voltage to 1.650 in the BIOS, then check the Health monitor in the BIOS, it says that it is running at 1.71. But, if I boot into Windows and run Sandra, MBM5 and Via Hardware Monitor, they all claim the voltage is 1.79.
So, then I set the voltage in the BIOS at 1.750, and look the the Health monitor in the BIOS and it says 1.81, I then boot into Windows and check Sandra, MBM5 and Via hardware monitor again, and they all say 1.89! So, number one, why does the health monitor in the bios report a different value than the voltage is set to, and two, why do the programs I run in Windows say a completely differernt value as well? I'm trying to overclock this chip, but its a bit tough when you aren't sure what voltage the thing is set to.
