It's a family of 4: a young boy, ~20yo son, and 2 parents.
First of all, the older son parties A LOT and I can often hear him and his friends outside in the street, revving up their cars, yelling, and playing loud music. This occurs even on weeknights... It doesn't really both me, but it bothers my my parents.
Then, there was this time where the brother of one of the parents hit on my mom while she was gardening. It was this 6'3" 300lb black guy asking my mom what kind of movies she likes and if she would like to go over to his place to watch some movies. He was obviously hitting on her, the tone he used wasn't the neighborly kind.
The family also has a dog that acts like it has rabies all the time and they frequently let it loose, running into our front yard, barking furiously at whoever is there at the moment.
Finally, the always have people over at their house, most of them are usually friends of the older son. They ALWAYS park in front of my house and not theirs. A lot of the time, they park their car in front of our mailbox, it happens so often that we got a note from the mailman telling us to move the car or we'll be fined. WTF!! we don't even know the person who owns it. Then there's days like today where there are 4 cars in front of my house. The only part where there isn't a car where my property touches the road is our driveway. How many cars are in front of their house? ZERO I am sure all the cars belong to people aat their house because i have seen every single one in their driveway at least once.
CLIFFS:
-~20yo son has friends over late at night, even weeknights: loud music, loud cars, yelling
-Brother of one of the parents hit on my mom
-Their rabid dog harrasses people in front of my house
-They have cars parked in front of my house (often in front of the mailbox) so much that the mailman threatened to fine us.
-Today, 4 of their friends'/families' cars in front of my house (all that can fit) none in front of theirs.
