Since Wednesday afternoon, I've only been able to get a couple hours worth of naps. I was almost nodding off on OT last night but it never happened and I'm nowhere near tired now.
It's not that I don't have the opportunity...I just can't.
Try as hard as you can to stay awake well laying down, works alot of the time. Also, honestly, stay away from ATOT, your computer and the TV for 30 mins before sleeping, as they all require the brain to be highly active. Read a book for 30 mins, with just a bedside light on, and just lay down and relax after til you fall asleep.
Also, stress effects your sleep big time. try to relax.
