I don't know what happened. I have been viewing, buying, and otherwise participating since sometime last week. Today it doesn't show up in the root forum list, and my bookmark loads the following:
"schott1984, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
What happened?

Hopefully an accident, I can't think of anything I did wrong.

Thanks.

We're looking into this, but it might take some time to get to the root of the problem.

Sorry! :(

Is it just me? This sucks... :(

Nope, not just you. We had all but put in place a "you can't trade until you have 25 posts" anti-spam security measure, which had been suspended for other reasons, and was only reinstituted, but not communicated as having been reinstituted, this morning.

You are part of a small consort of recent joiners who have less than 25 posts and had FS/FT access, and now have temp lost that access until you reach that magic post level.

Why wasn't that policy instated? Seems like a pretty good idea to me.

Just the other day I saw a "member" linking to an outside website for commercial purposes. Checked and saw it was their first post

I can't view the global announcement either. I guess it is out of date? This thread is from Feb.

Correct. The global announcement has expired. Its contents are below.

As of early this morning, a small requirement has been added for entry to our FS/T forum.

There is now a 25 post minimum and a 7 day membership requirement to be able to have access to that forum.

This requirement is also listed in the guidelines under #15, which can be found in the PFI sub forum.
