i can't remember the name of this pop up stopper program...help

i just reformatted my comp and now i cant remember the program.
it was a free small program that stopped ads (and all pop ups) if you wanted a pop up to open you had to double click on the icon in the task bar...then it marks it with a little red x meaning the program is disabled... if you want it to block pop ups again you just double click it again.. the closeest program ive found so far is "free pop up killer" its not a bad program... really really close to the one im looking for... thanks

I have Mozilla and Netscape 7.02 on different systems.
