I'm playing mp3's in Windows Media Player and eventually the music is replaced with a very annoying high pitch screeching sound:|
The only way to stop it is to restart my computer. I've had enough! Please help!!!!

Ok, it might be only when I listen to mp3's either through Morpheus or while Morpheus is open. So far with Morpheus closed my ears are safe😉

I've seen this before, as I recall the computer turned out to not have the latest sound card drivers. Have you tried updating yours? The machine I remember this on was a Compaq Presario line, a 450or so with a SB card in it.
