I cant install Vietnam!

I cant re install vietnam on my computer. Every time i put in my first CD it comes up with the play button and install button blurred out and the rest is there. Im pretty sure it still thinks its installed on my system but it isnt. I tried deleting some registry keys but it didn't help much. Ideas? Thanks!
