i wonder when the noise deed restriction goes into effect?

maybe, but that would be a county wide thing. being in a rather nice neighborhood, there is probably a deed restriction about noise as well.

like i said, that would be a county/city ordnance. i'm talking about a deed restriction. you know, the sort of thing that says you can't leave a car on blocks in your front yard
