I can't get Radmin to connect to my fileserver (ping problems across the board!)

I would like to use my main machine to administrate my file server. The weird thing is... My main machine can ping all other computers on my network except the file server. And the file server can't ping any computers on my home network, but can ping external IP's. This leads me to believe something is wrong with my fileserver's settings... .but what can it be? Thanks!
