I sent in a request for RMA on Monday, 4/28/03, and have not heard anything back from Googlegear. I sent them another message on Thursday of the same week - still no response.
How the heck do you get these guys to even acknowledge you? What do I do if they sit on the RMA until after the return period has passed?
