I can't function without the "Save Target As"

OMG, for some reason, my computer doesn't have the ability to right click and use the "Save Target As" option when I want to download a wmv or avi or any type of file while surfing the web. The option for some reason is unavailable. You can see it but it doesn't allow you to click it.

Help!!! I need this function in order to function!
 
you suck and the intarweb AND the computer..

when you stream something, avi, mov, whatever... it's on your computer.... buffered to your hard drive.. you just need to know WHERE to find it....

I know that it's saved temporarily on my computer, but it's a pain. What if I want to save the file and leave it on my hard drive and not have windows media player automatically pop up!?!?

shift click just makes a new window pop up.
