I used to, but I don't like to any more. I was going to try to start going to bed early since I'm starting work on Monday. *Sigh* Maybe tonight?

That's freaky I could never understand how that works. I watched insomnia and I was just tripping out.

Try reading with not so good light. That usually makes me sleepy. The less light, the more tired your eyes will get :)

Several studies indicate that television and computer terminal exposure of greater than 5 hours daily can cause numerous negative health impacts, including but not limited to raised anxiety and sleeplessness. Considering the current stresses you have mentioned it's not surprising that you would have trouble sleeping.

Spend some time trying to develop a state of clear minded relaxation before you go to bed. Read a comforting (not exciting) book, etc...

I've had so many surgeries and have been on so many pain killers in the past that 2 Tylenol PM's do nothing for me. :p lol

Yeah, I'll have to start reading before I go to bed. The only thing bad about that is that if I get caught up in it, there will be no way for me to put it down! ;) Heehee
