I can't find this European song that I previously heard.

I don't know who the artist is, but I know it plays a lot, or at least it used to a few months ago on European internet radio stations that play Trance & Electronica. I just want to know if you've heard it. If you have, can you tell me what the song is and who it's by.

The genre of this song is Electronica, maybe Trance.

The song has no lyrics, except "Let's Party" which he yells at times during the song.

I can't be any more clear since I can't describe the music, other than it was uplifting (not spiritually), and it made me want to party!

And I hope that you can forgive that while I was frantic from searching, I might have misspelled on the thread. Now, I know that you guys think it isn't a big deal if I misspell, but I want to deprive you of good spelling.

The song is electronic and sort of trancy with some deep bass and symbol action for the hook while he yells "Let's Party."

Since you said 'symbol' I'm gonna guess Prince.

Well, you ruined my plan to make fun of the OP for providing such vague info.... :(

On the other hand, the song needs more cowbell.

Yes, well, that's not the song.

Was wondering if you know how to spell 'symbol' in the correct way rather than the improper way you used it in the original post yet?

ETA - I have your original post quoted in the second post in this thread....duuurrrrr

Wow, you guys are A-holes tonight. I changed my OP in hopes that it might be less vague. Also, in the new OP, "Electronica" and "Trance" clearly stand out this time so as to prevent another Rock N' Roll suggestion.

Must have missed the rock n' roll overtone. So it was uplifting? Was it Christian choir or West Coast rap sounding then?

But come on, you're not giving us much to go on. Not even a string of lyrics or anything. Do you have any idea how many songs have "let's party' in them???

ETA - Have you realized that symbol should be cymbal yet??? :)

Maybe you need to clean your ears.

Trance is uplifting.

I know I'm not giving you guys much to go on. You're not supposed to search for the song. I've done that and found that there are many songs with "Let's Party" in them. I was just wondering if anybody has heard of a song like that in the last year and in Europe. There are no lyrics other than Let's Party.

I don't care about the spelling of cymbal. The reason I spelled it wrong previously was because I've never needed to write it.

Where have you heard the song? Online or locally on the radio? At a club? I'm asking only because you say it's European. Where and when you heard the song might give a clue as to what song it is.

You edited to say you heard it online on European stations. Have you tried searching aroung the Euro charts?

Some radio streams have their own website and sometimes there are playlists or hit parades available. If you still know to which station you listened hearing this piece I'd try this.
