I can't find a straight answer: Does my Thinkpad T520 support SSD caching, or what?

I have a Thinkpad T520. I'm thinking about spending some money on it and bumping up its performance. I'm mainly interested in getting an mSATA drive and using SSD caching. The chipset is a QM67.

I've Googled for hours and can't find a straight answer: does the laptop support it or not? And if so, what software do I need and where do I get it?

Thanks in advance :)

Closure: the T520 doesn't support any kind of hardware RAID, so Intel SRT (SSD caching) is not possible. FAIL.

And now I'll be shopping for an mSATA SSD. Coming soon: a post from me in the "memory and storage" forum! Stay tuned!

edit: FALSE! I LIED! I bought a 500 gb Seagate Momentus XT hybrid drive and 16 gb of memory. Yea, I know the drive is a couple years old and is only SATA3, but it's still a LOT faster than my 7200 RPM normal platter drive. Doubling my memory from 8 to 16 gb will make my virtual machines really happy, so I'm cool with it.

edit 2: I upped it to the 750 gb model that has double the NAND memory.
