my card is now no longer the highest end, but i should be able to play GTA SA very nicely

but im in display option, inside advanced for GTA, i CANNOT change resolution nor could I change Anti Aliasing setting, which is forced to OFF. WHY?!?!? 🙁

rockstar support site is a joke
 
You have to put the mouse over the resolution and scroll the mouse wheel. Other than that I can't think of what else is wrong.

Edit: Or use left/right buttons if you don't have scroll.
