I can't even install Black & White. CRC errors?

I just bought Black & White tonight, but I ca't even install the game. I get these weird CRC errors when it is copying the files over. I have tried different directories, even the default. No go. Any ideas?

I'm running Win98SE, Celeron 550MHz, and 192MB ram. Please help.

Sounds like a bad cd...Might try a different cd rom just in case, but I would definitely think of taking it back....

Could try closing out all programs running in background, maybe ya have an anti-virus running thats causing the problem....just a thought.

Well, I tried using my other CD-RW drive to load the game and it worked a little better, but no that much. I still get tons of errors. I had to ignore installing about 10-15 *.sad files in order to get the install to complete. I have no idea what those files do though. At any extent I was able to get the game to finally load, but I think I will take it back today and get another disc. Thanks for the help.

I just got B&W yesterday (its amazing!) and it installed fine without a hitch on all of my 5 computers i have on my home network.

I think there is deffinetly something up with the cd. Just make sure you uncheck some of the garbage windows tries to load up in the msconfig under the startup tab. That might help somewhat.
