I have a cut on the side of my tongue, I just bit the side of my mouth while trying to chew on the other side where I didn't have a cut. I have cuts on both sides of my mouth now. I won't be able to eat for a few days probably. ERRRRRRRRRR I can't stand cuts in my mouth!
rinse your mouth with 1/2 cup warm salt water,
1/2 cup warm water and 2-4 teaspoons of salt, start with 2 spoonfulls of salt, and if it doesn't taste
really salty add more
do this about 3 times aday, especially before bedtime.
you would think that will all the experience that we have eating that we wouldn't have problems anymore, I mean think how many times you've chewed in your lifetime, why are we still having accidents?
