I can't drink alcohol!!! :(

I can't enjoy drinking alcohol... i've tried many times to enjoy it and have a great time.... it never works for me!.. first, taste is just horrible to me... and second, stomache and headache followed by vomitting never lets me into the fun side of drinking..
Anyone here wants to drink, but can't take it?

if your being sick ... your driniking too much

and usuallly a pint of water before bed cures the headache the mornining after. alcohol isnt for everyone, dont feel pressured to drink, if you dont wanna drink just stick to coke, or fruit juice or something

i dont always feel like drinking on a night out, so i jus buy a couple of cokes, or cranberry juice.


ill tell you what is a nice drink that you may be able to handle......Malibu and cranberry. the cranberry overpowers the coconutty alco taste of malibu.....i could drink them all night! but then again you have to like cranberry lol!

lol....just start off with weak drinks....mix peach schnapps and cola, with mostly cola. then, gradually strengthen the mixture

yeah...you seem to be missing that step inbetween the drinking and the puking...just do things slowly first, gauge your tolerance. One shot an hour...two...etc.

I'm sure you can get drunk...you just suck at it thus far, is all.

i weigh about 165lb... and even if i take a sip of beer.. i just get all red... perhaps im allergic?

hmm...i had a GF who would take a sip of ANYTHING with an alcohol content and she would go all red-faced almost instantaneously....unfortunately, her mom knew, and always checked her over whenever i brought her home

I wouldn't start drinking alcohol with beer. Beer is a pretty foul tasting drink, if you've never drank any sort of alcohol before. Try some 'fruitier' drinks, Smirnoff Ice or Bacardi Silver. You could also try mixing a high quality, smooth hard liquor, such as Grey Goose vodka and such. You could mix them as weak or as strong as you choose.

peach schnapps
baileys(with milk)
Kahluah (mix with milK)
any hard, clear liquor will mix with coke....
any dark liquors go best with fruit juice

It's possible. Are you asian? Higher frequency among asians iirc. Alternatively you could just be a Lightweight Even born alchies like me start off by not knowing our limits and harfing all the time. But now I could outdrink Robert Downey Jr.

Just find stuff you like for the taste. If you force yourself to get drunk so you will "have a good time", then you're not enjoying the alcohol. Go to a pub, have a beer with dinner, and don't get the cheap stuff either. Don't drink hard stuff for a while.

Turning red easily do not mean they can't take alcohol. I've friends that turn red with a sip and they can chuck down tons of alcohol.
