i can't download anything using KazaA nor can I use icq!

i have a cable modem connected to a router. there's currently five people connected to the router, but only i cannot download nor use icq. i do not know what i could be? do you? thank you
 
I have similar set up as you do at home and I don't have any problems. For ICQ, try Main/Preference/Connection and under server tab, change the proxy setting to "USING FIREWALL". If that doesn't work, try reset your router or upgrade the firmware and see if it works. Usually newer firmware takes care of the bugs and solve most problems.
