Hi
All taken care of. Apologies sent from the appraiser.
How is the new home doing?
How are you liking your new job?

Fvcking weak man. These guys will probably be sitting there for the next few months wondering why I send my referrals somewhere else. I settled on this house June 30th, paid the charge on the 8th of that month, and then they accuse me of non payment, by email no less, how many months later??? This is so weak. I caught dozens of errors in the documentation during settlement and I believe the land transfer company fvcked up and actually gave me my deed instead of my mortgage company. What a bunch of whackjobs.

I still have the title to my car in my name with no lien even though I hava an outstanding loan. The loan company asked me to send in my title for them to hold. I ignored them and just pay my bill on time every month.
