I can't believe girls still fall for cliches

My wife and I were sitting in a restaurant in Nashville years ago (it was Cracker Barrel, I believe -- I know, loose use of the word "restaurant"), and we overhead a conversation at the next table where a very gullible girl/woman (probably early 20s) was being taken by a guy. The guy claimed to be a music promoter and could get her a contract if she ponied up $10,000 or something like that. He said she should stick to asking family for the money if she didn't have it (she didn't) because it was just easier that way. She was hooked on every word, and it was pathetic.

its not eth first time i have seen ppl falling for it. Trust me I know women who are pregnent by total losers all because they fell for the guy's words.. women from low income families or women with low self esteem will fall for these vagrants real easy. You lie to them, they fall. To them having a guy with money or access to money will solve their problem so in thier short mental capacity they end up sleeping with the guy thinking they will win big. Some do - they end up getting child support but on teh other hand most end up with losers who cant even hold a job. Mind you, some rich guys or older men do this intentionally just to get young hotties.
