Took a week and a half to get my 330Ci in for an alignment. While checking in, the guy behind the counter said "Hmmm...I'm not sure if the alignment rack is available, there was a Viper on it when I left last night."
????????
He called the department and they said the Viper was still on it and wouldn't be done until 1-2 PM. One of the guy's colleagues overheard the conversation and screamed "THEY CAN'T KEEP A RACK FOR TWO DAYS! I HAVE 3 OTHER ALIGNMENTS DUE TODAY!" If I don't get my car done, I'm going to be pissed 😡
However, on the way out, I went from anger to utter amazement. The cars this place was working on....it was amazing! They had a white M1. I had never seen one in person! Hopefully it's still there so I can grab some pics this afternoon. There was a freakin Z8 up on a lift too!
Makes me want to skip work and just hang out in their garage all day 😀
EDIT- BTW, when I say M1, I don't mean a 1 series. I mean the late 70's/early 80's M1 "semi-supercar":
