Click on the Insert Image
insertimage.gif
icon in the reply window and enter the url for the image.
That should do it.
 
I doubt they would ever allow to upload directly to the server, for the size of this forum it would require a LOT of disk space. It is also more likely to be targeted by copyright extremists so if someone was to upload a copyrighted image the site is responsible. Imgur is pretty popular if you want to upload images somewhere, then link to them.
