I can't access the forums on mobile

Same issue here using chrome. At&t phone running kitkat. Using the regular internet browser it works.
 
In all likelihood we have banned one of your ISP's IPs for spamming at one point. However without knowing the IP you were trying to post from, we would be unable to reverse it.
 
It's working in chrome for me now, as well as the regular browser. I believe the post I made above was using the regular browser on the phone while the chrome browser wasn't working, so if that post has an IP assigned to it, i guess you could use that, although why would it work in one browser and not in another as they both would have the same ip. I dunno. even tried clearing cookies and crap in chrome and that didn't work.
