I can't access one Partition !

I have a 80 gig HD, which I allocated like 50 gig for C drive, which is where I have windows XP.

Now my PC gets a DISK error, and when the HD is plugged on a different PC or external case, D works, but not C.

I need to recover My Documents folder, any ideas?
 
You will most likely need to get some recovery software. I had to do this for a friend a week ago and ending up buying $50 software to do it.
