I cannot load Montego II Applications CD, have no product number.

I cannot find the product number / Serial number for my Montego II sound card applications CD.
I got a hold of Turtle Beach, they said that I never registered my product, I know I did.
Anyway, is there a substitute number that I can use, or another way to unlock my software.
