i cannot find this adapter for installing sata drives

This thing allows installation of sata hard drives in confined places when parallel installation is out of the question. Problem is, i've googled everything and I can't actually find it!

Anybody know where i can find this thing? It has to be for both the power and the sata port.

If i could find a right angle sata power connector, I have some spare right angle sata cables. I would prefer this adapter though.
